Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following items:

• Pre-cut or custom heat transfer decals

• Opened or used items

• Items damaged due to improper application

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:

• The item was defective or damaged upon arrival

• You received the wrong item

• The item was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)

• Place decal on garment, design side down.
• Use heat press or household iron (no steam).
• Apply at [insert correct temp, e.g., 320°F / 160°C] for 10–15 seconds with firm pressure.
• Peel carrier sheet [hot/cold depending on material].
• Optional: Repress with parchment/Teflon sheet for added durability.
