Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Pre-cut or custom heat transfer decals

Opened or used items

Items damaged due to improper application

However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to resolve the issue.

Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:

The item was defective or damaged upon arrival

You received the wrong item

The item was lost in transit (confirmed by tracking)
Place decal on garment, design side down.

Use heat press or household iron (no steam).
